Brittany and Derek | Maternity
Brittany and I go way back to when I was in high school. We were in the church youth group together, and spend many a nights together at lock ins, youth trips, and overnighters together. I've always been a bit of a nerd, but whenever I would hang out with Brittany, she always made me feel like I was hanging out with one of the cool kids, and would catch me up on all the pop culture references I missed and was oblivious to (ok, am STILL oblivious to! haha).
I was so excited to hear her and her husband were expecting! It was a bit of a drive from our new house to get up to Yellow Springs where we had planned on doing their maternity session, but I am so glad we did. The light in this location was to die for! Absolutely perfect! I know I say this about almost all my sessions, but I'm pretty sure this one has to be one of my new top favorite sessions ever! They say that during pregnancy you glow, but these photos prove that's true in more way than one! Such an amazing couple to work with.
Congratulations you two on Baby Tate! Can't wait to meet him!
